Terri Schiavo 2 + The Media
If it really is true that Terri's husband refused to allow Terri to have Communion for Easter then I feel he is a heartless asshole!
If, on the other hand, the Parents of Terri and her family are trying to make the husband look even worse by claiming he refused to allow her Easter Communion then I would say they are pretty much doing what any desperate parent would do to save their child. I still do not understand why they would want her to live in her condition...but I guess I cannot understand that since I am not in their shoes.
This situation is so damn sad and the fact that the media is just 'jerking off' to the ratings they are getting because of this poor woman's plight is sickening. Every news station can't wait to have a relative of Terri or the husband or a witness on so they can get "The Truth". BULLSHIT...you want RATINGS....at the expense of a woman's life no less! Larry King has indeed become the KING of this shit....if something bad is happening, rest assured that Larry will have someone on the show to talk about it. Truly something to be proud of Larry!
No wonder I stopped watching the evening news......(Smile)..hello, welcome to the news. This just in...3 people were killed on the highway due to a drunk driver...4 people were set ablaze and killed during a terrorist attack...a woman was crippled when her bike was hit by another bike.....(Smile more)...but on the light side a cat was saved from a tree by helpful firemen. The Media SUCKS!
I watch for the weather sometimes and they can't even get THAT right!!!!!!! Then the next day they joke about how they goofed and the weather didn't cooperate! Why do these people get paid!!!?????????
Enough of that. I truly hope Terri passes quickly so that if she has any suffering at all that it ends soon.
