They won 2 in a row, but lost tonight. They are now 7 and 10. I don't care about the standings right now since it is very early in the season. BUT....does anyone out there feel that they should pay the ludicrous prices at Yankee Stadium for seats and food and beverages...etc...to see a $200 million dollar team (which all us fans are paying for by the way) to be 7-10????????
I think that one "home game" that all the fans STAY AT HOME!!!!!!! Let's see what a $200 million dollar team thinks when its fans get tired of watching its pathetic performance and does not show up to watch it. This is NOT a lack of support...root from home and watch the game on TV. What you are doing is not supporting the team, but instead hitting the team in the WALLET. Which is all the players and owners give a shit about anyways. The only reason that fans are appreciated are because they spend $$!

As a Bronx resident, it always bugged me when Steinbrenner complained that game attendance was down because of the Yankee Stadium area. I say BULLSHIT. I agree with you - when the Yankees are performing bad, stay home! Fuck these spoiled players and owners.
They act like they are giving us something for nothing. They get paid regardless of attendance and performance. Let a real worker try that!
