I have been a NY Yankee fan since I was a little kid. I am sure I have mentioned that in this blog during the debacle we will call the 2004 Playoffs.
I am also sure I have said something similar to the following.
Regardless if you are a fan of the team...there is something pretty satisfying watching a team whose payroll is 200 MILLION Dollars getting their asses kicked. It reminds you that it is more important to have heart than a big payroll. PLUS...I still fucking hate A-Rod!

Side Note: Ever since the whole steroid abuse thing I have pretty much washed my hands of baseball anyway. When McGwire actually had the balls to sit in front of the panel that issued him a subpoena and say that, "I am not here to talk about the past." I pretty much lost ALL respect for him. He might as well have just admitted that he took steroids...that would have shown a lot more class.

Well, since steriods shrinks the testes it makes sense that he didn't have the balls to be a man!
